Our Classes

Come experience fun, friendly fitness in our classes! Geared to help you get stronger, leaner, and more confident, every class you take at CrossFit Cool Springs is driven by results. Don’t worry that any of our programming will be too tough for you. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.
  • CrossFit 101

    Once you’ve decided to join the CFCS community, you’ll start with our CrossFit 101 programming for your first 5-10 classes. During these sessions you will have an individual trainer working with you in class to offer instruction in all the fundamental movements we incorporate into our classes. We will explain/review/practice the air squat, back squat, front squat, deadlift, push press, medicine ball cleans, and many other movements we use in all class levels. Before we dial up the intensity and really let you loose, it is important that you learn the basics to ensure your safety in class.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Olympic Lifting

    At CFCS, we frequently incorporate Olympic lifts into our daily WODs. However, we also offer Olympic lifting courses to help you fine-tune your lifting skills for more efficiency and precise technique. This will enable you to increase both the intensity and the weight of your lifts. In this weekly class, we isolate each movement to help you better understand and execute Olympic lifts. This class can be a quick refresher or a weekly routine. We spend 30 minutes on breaking down and reviewing a piece of a specific lift, and 30 minutes practicing the technique. All levels of CrossFitters are welcomed – don’t be afraid, beginners!


    SWEAT- is our special spin on fast-paced interval training. Workouts for SWEAT involve less equipment and are more focused on constant movement with light loads or just your bodyweight. SWEAT is designed to burn body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and gain strength.

  • CrossFit Kids

    Our kids program is entirely built around FUN. We teach our little ones how to gain control of their bodies is basic fitness movements while making sure they have a great time in class. They burn off tons of energy, learn some basic fundamentals about fitness and fitness related terms, all while laughing and playing. This program is a great fit for any kid between the ages of 6 and 12. There is no prerequisites for this class, just bring your little one in and let the fun begin! 

  • CrossFit Teens

    Our Teens program is designed to help your kids growing body learn how to move with intention. In the Teens programs we start to introduce more complex exercise terms and concepts. In this class, kids can earn their right to start to use some weights in their workouts. Our teens are taught how to maintain correct form while exercising, regardless of fatigue level. We expand on the concepts of body control and discipline that are originally outlined in our Kids program. Through this program your teen will; build confidence, learn fun exercises and create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Give your Teen the gift of lifelong habits and get them enrolled today! This program is for kids/teens 13-17.
